Terms of Service

Reliva HQ helps you search for jobs, tailor your resume and cover letter, research companies, and prepare for interviews using artificial intelligence. Features and availability may change over time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Misrepresent your qualifications or use the Service to deceive employers.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job postings, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the third party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated documents before you use them.

The Service uses AI to generate documents, suggestions, and interview preparation. This content may contain errors or inaccuracies and is provided for your assistance only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including that you will receive an interview or job offer. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and use of any content you submit to employers.

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Live payment processing is not enabled yet, so no charges are made at this time. When billing is enabled, paid plans and one time packs will be governed by the pricing and terms presented at checkout. We may offer complimentary access to selected accounts at our discretion. We may change pricing and plan features with notice.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Reliva HQ and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

The Service relies on third party providers for AI processing, transcription, and job listings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those third party services, and your use of the Service may be affected by their terms and limitations.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliva HQ and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliva HQ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reliva HQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
